EXPECTATION: VICIOUS CLENCH OF PAIN & SUFFERINGS

Do you ever wonder what exactly PAIN & SUFFERINGS are??

Are they something real or something which makes us feel blue? Or something which is against our expectations and will??

I have seen people weeping and yelling that they are hurt. They start disliking all the beautiful things in life… Start blaming people for nothing.. They consider their pain as the worst thing which can happen in this world. Their heart starts pumping blood at high velocity and all they do is cry and suffer.

But do you really think that this all happens because we feel we are in pain?? Is pain the reason behind all the sleepless nights?? Is pain the reason why we just can’t say YES to things easily?? Is Pain the reason why we suddenly stop trusting people??

PAIN leads to SUFFERINGS which are hard to be undone. The discomfort that we feel is nothing but a sudden rush of feelings in our mind. These feelings are unpredicted and massive. We feel like we are gripped by pain and the direction in which we are moving would lead us to destruction.

All of the sudden we start living our life in Dual Personality. We try to be what we are not. We do all those things which were never expected from us. We keep us occupied in one or the other activity. We never admit but we try to run away from the situation. We provide groundless justifications to ourselves; hoping that it might reduce / end the pain.

I have not seen much in life but do understand that PAIN and SUFFERINGS arise when we have expectations in life. When our expectations are not met; we feel ruined.

EXPECTATION comes into picture when we want things to move the way we want them to move, when we want to see what pleases us and not what is true….when we keep our feelings and dreams on priority and forgets that the unseen future has got so many surprising turns for us...Turns which are going to take us to the better places. The place which is far away from our anticipation…which we think is hard to achieve/ find.

We should always keep high expectations with life and should always be ready to face the concealed. I believe in miracles and have seen them actually taking place when they were least expected.

Trust my words… Uncertainty and expectation are the joys of life and the Pain and sufferings are nothing but the temporary colleagues working with the firm called EXPECTATION.
